Crock Pot Shrimp Creole

- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- dash of salt and pepper
- Generous dash of hot sauce
- 1 lb. shrimp, deveined & shelled
Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook for up to 8 hours. Add shrimp during last hour of cooking.
